Child Health Issues

Hi Since few days my baby is not urinating much and urine is yellow. Was giving formula feed twice a day but since few days have reduced it and since then seems like my baby has reduced weight also urination is not as before. Can this be due to dehyration as it is too hot in my region? Since my baby is refusing formula feed from bottle it had become difficult to feed her and may be breastmilk is not sufficient. Please help..

My 3 years son leg skin type in kinda different specially in morning found mild red/purple spot specially in thighs, suddenly found mild spot in both leg suddenly not find. Baby is active. Also she has spider veins in her cheek.

Doctor told to give taxim 100mg tablet twice a day for my 8 year old child her weight is 30 kg .. is this correct dosage ?

My baby 11 month old, he wil be one year at April end 2024, he takes Enfamil formula milk since birth on top of breast milk. Recently in my locality enfamil stage 2 (6 to 12 month) milk is not available.can I give him enfamil stage 3 milk which is for above 12 months baby. PS: I need to avoid start giving cow milk for one month as I have upcoming travel plan and his father is also allergic to non A2 cow milk. Thanks in advance.

My son since 7 days facing, watery loose motion as he eats anything even water. Phelgum in chest, sometimes fever...we had consultanted dr He advised the following 1. Syp Cado 5 ml x 3 days 2. Zinc drops 1 ml x 15 days 3. Atrax droos 1 ml bd- 5 days 4.azithromycin syrup 2.5 ml od From these medicine fever is controlled, but... Loose motion is continue as watery form. Please advise us.. What should we do next?? We also give him - ors, coconut water... Khichdi etc. But it has been almost 7 days... Loose motion is continue... Is this serious problem...please guide us

My male baby is 70 days old. For the past 4 days he is crying excessively at night .usually starts around 12 am  ( showing hunger signs but he would have taken the last feed only 30 mins ago ). He is being calm ony when we lift him up in the shoulder or placing him on the chest during night tj e . I tried removing diaper, tried feeding him ,tried giving hot water sponge nothing is working. It's really heartbreaking when he cries like this . Please someone help her about the problem .should I consult a doctor ? During day time he is one of the happiest baby .
