Hi, my three yr old kids knee got wound on April 1st evening due to her fall at road...after a day of her wound i peeled off her guaze dressing since it sticked to her wound...then immediately i started to apply supirocin ointment to avoid any infection...but the wound flesh doesn't scab again...centre part alone got pulled...i hv attached pic of it...what to do nw...shall I stop antibiotic ointment I used exactly for three days three times a day...also some minute guaze threads still sticking to scan i noticed tat right NW...will it go away on its own...i even washed wounds few times with soap n water to remove threads but today I noticed it...is the wound healing...does the flesh scab again or won't...may i know reason

My daughter age is 2 years 5months...before she is telling more words...what we can say she repeats that words...now from few days onwards she is not repeating before what she says...is it normal in this age?

Hello doc, recently I have started practising zero screen time with my 20 month old, seems he is been addicted & showing signs to let him watch him more. We have been giving him screen at his meal times. It's been 4 months I reduced it to 1.15 hour but I need to make it zero. Because of this he is rejecting food completely, extreme tantrums & crying his lungs out for good 2 hours. Yesterday he ate nothing, only survived on water & few ounces of milk. It's been 1 day only without screen. How to manage this ? & in case he doesn't opens his mouth again for a day or two what should I do ? Reason of being this strict is his speech is getting delayed, not a single meaningful word till date which is worrisome for me. Please suggest some ideas to make situation slight better.

Hi Since few days my baby is not urinating much and urine is yellow. Was giving formula feed twice a day but since few days have reduced it and since then seems like my baby has reduced weight also urination is not as before. Can this be due to dehyration as it is too hot in my region? Since my baby is refusing formula feed from bottle it had become difficult to feed her and may be breastmilk is not sufficient. Please help..
