Hi
My 6 month baby is gaving fever of 100.04F armpit temperature. In the afternoon her body was too hot so gave paracetemol syrup after which she slept, when she woke up temperature was little better, she pooped little watery stool.
Now at around 9pm her temperature has increased.
What can be done to reduce the fever?
My baby weight 6.8kgs and age 5 month 22 days.

Hello, you can administer paracetamol again if the fever recurs. If your baby experiences watery stools again, continue breastfeeding and offer a mixture of WHO ORS sachet powder in 70ml of water, given slowly over 15-20 minutes in small sips.
