Boils on Hands legs and face
My toddler has boils on face legs and hands which are not going away, it's been there for 3+ weeks now , doctors have given Allegra and ointment cream which is also not subsiding the problem. She doesn't have fever and it is not HFMD, what could be the issue

It looks like molluscum contagious which is a viral condition again , the boils will go away with some more time , you can try using calydryl lotion on the books or very small quantity less than pea size on the books of tritinoin cream 0.005%
