About toddlers sweaty cold arms and legs

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello my 2.5 years old boy had viral fever since last saturday and had high fever first four days.. since the fever has gone now even after 4 days he is sweating excessively on his arms and legs and they remain cold all the day and night.. he didnt have any other symptoms with fever just mild upset tummy.. whats reason of sweaty cold arms and legs
