My baby has small boils in certain places of her body tiny boils. I hope it is not chicken pox. Please guide

Doesn't look like chicken pox , because it is not filled with fluid. Usually chicken pox starts from ear and then towards the face and trunk. Dermadew lotion can be used to reduce the iching.
