9 month baby boil on face spreading

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My 9 month baby face boils are spreading. Very tiny boils no redness . Before one week these were near chin lips but now come to nose on forehead on eyelid. No pus only skin tone type boils spreading. What powder or lotion to use . I have attached image of pic.
