Very Small boils from chin to nose
Hi doctors y baby is 8 month old. He has developed many tiny boils on her face for last 1 month. We thought it will be disappear . Initially it started from chin area and now comes till upper lips. I have attached photo also. Pls guide me what treatment required . These are normal skin colour boils. No red no pus

Greetings these are normal rash u can wipe with Luke warm water at regular intervals it will go off
