Fever for more than 48 hours
His weight is 6.9 kgs My son is 3.5 months old and we had Pentavalent vaccine on Wednesday ( may 15th at 12pm ) . I have been giving paracetamol 0.5 ml ( 150 mg ) for every 6 hours but still low grade fever is there . It's more than 48 hours now . 1. Am I giving correct dosage of paracetamol? 2. How long I can give paracetamol for Infants ? 3. When should I see doctor ?

Give 0.7ml paracetamol drops 6hrly Visit paediatrician if fever persists after 2days

If fever present after 2 days , visit physically to nearby pediatrician.

Greetings u can use paracetamol drops 0.8 ml every 6 th hourly,wait for 2 days and then  visit a pediatrician in person
