Fever, runny nose, throat and ear pain
Hi, My 6 yr old son (Weight 20 kgs) is having a fever from yesterday. He has a runny nose and complaining throat and ear pain when swallowing. Fever is varying from 100 - 103. He is active after giving P250. Can you please suggest medication for the above? Please let me know how much time I can wait before consulting a pediatrician. I have levolin and Ascoril d jr. at home. Can I use them, if so can you please prescribe the dosage?

Continue Paracetamol. Can change to ibuprofen if pains are more. Most likely it's viral. A throat examination may help
Next Steps
Warm saline gargles, warm liquids
