Runny nose from 10 days.
My 9 years old non verbal autistic child has runny nose ( yellowish cough)from 10 days and no fever. Is it needs to be given antibiotic or not ? Please suggest..

Give tab maxtra for cold and kufril ls syrup for cough . Plenty of oral fluids . Avoid cool drinks , cool water
