My 5 yo son has a running fever since Monday ( today is the third day). He had no other symptoms till yesterday so we consulted a doctor who said he has a viral fever and prescribed Calpol 250 mg syrup SOS but since today morning he has had 2 lose motions with one vomiting in the evening.
Also the temperature has risen to 103°F now.
Should I consult again or this may be a symptom of viral fever only.
