I have a one-month-old baby. To increase my breast milk supply, can I start taking ‘Better Herbs Lactify’ powder or ' Galact Lactation granules' ? Will it have any side effects on my baby?

Hello Doctor, My baby was born at 34 weeks 3 days (late preterm) via normal delivery, birth weight 2.2 kg. Delivery was early due to maternal ICP with itching. In the first few days after birth, my baby had two episodes of low blood sugar (46–47 mg/dL), which stabilized with feeding. Since discharge, we are not checking sugar at home as advised, but we remain anxious due to the past history. The baby is on exclusive breastfeeding, but he often falls asleep while feeding, feeds for short durations, and needs frequent stimulation. He does not cry strongly for feeds, so we are unsure if he is taking adequate milk. Please guide on: How to know if a breastfed baby is getting enough milk at home Normal signs (urine, stools, weight gain, behavior) that indicate good feeding Is sleepiness during feeds normal in late-preterm babies, and how long does it last? My newborn who is 1.5 months old keeps grunting and whining every night at around the same time with his eyes closed. I am unable to understand why this is happening. Is this solely due to colic pain or there can be other reasons also? He eats well. Stool and urine are also fine. His birth weight was 3.350 now he is almost 4.8. Hi, my son is now 11 months His birth weight was 3.46 kg and now he is just 8kg He will not triple his birth weight by one year He will reject solids, I need to carry him distract and feed him. Recently he is spitting out food wnever I try to feed him I have tried to reduce his formula intake to 400ml still no use He will never show hunger cues though I leave him without milk or solids for 4 hour Even if I give 4 hour gap after 90ml formula he will not eat solids Please please help, am a tired mom

My son recovered from a long cough for almost 1.5 months which used to come when he sleeps(noon/night). 2 week after that he got fever and we have paracetamol(3.5ml twice 6 hrs gap) and next day he recovered. After that he got dry cough and runny nose. Now he is coughing during the day and also when goes for sleep(noon/night) it gets worse. During the day he eats, plays well also once the cough stops he sleeps well. I could also observe little bit snoring during sleep and whenever he changes the position it stops and after a minute it resumes again. His saturation level is 96, pulse is normal. Breathing is normal during the day and when sleeps sometimes it's little louder. Doctor says it's viral due to drastic change in weather and due to change in location(travel hometown)he repeatedly got infected but I am worried because of the long running cough if it turns to any other permanent issues. Based on the above information can anyone tell me what could be the issue and any suggestions?
