Child Health Issues

My baby is 7 months old and suddenly developed a small swelling on the head near the ear. It is not painful, the temperature of the area feels normal (not unusually warm), and the baby is otherwise behaving normally. Could this be an insect bite or some kind of infection? Does it require immediate treatment or can we just observe it for a couple of days?

Hello doc my daughter is 3 years and 3 months old. Since 4 days she has cough and cold persistent with 100.3-100.6 fever. But this fever was not consistent. So we were giving sinarest plus 5 ml twice a day . But since last night she has continuous fever of more than 100° which subsides on giving CALPOL 250 mg but comes again after 4-5 hours. We had gone to doctor so he gave augmentin dds bd 3.5 ml, respicure ls 3ml td, CALPOL 250mg 3.5ml td and nasoclear . We had given 1st dose of all medicines including augmentin dds to her but still fever is coming every 3-4 hours.  Can we give ibugesic plus instead of plain CALPOL and what other medicines to be given ...her weight is 12.1 kg and 3 years and 3 months old ...but she is somehow active although she is having fever. What else can we do now.

My 4 year old baby has a fever from 2 weeks which comes and goes his cbc crp chest xray blood culture shows normal He has a lymph node near the right neck side which is not hurting him at all Should I worry about this

4.5 month baby is not sleeping due to teething and running nose. Please suggest something as she is not sleeping at all during the night and continuously crying.

My son having fever above 101.5, given crocin 240 but fever is not going down. Vomited twice. Also we given medication Flueshild as per doctor suggested. Fever is not going down. Please suggest.

My baby boy is 21 months old (20 months corrected). Hia weight is 11kg As per last doctor visit. He says mumma, papa, dada, dudu, shoe, rice, sometimes other words in our own language. He waves and says tata, gives flying kiss, waves and says hi, aay as comes here. He says up and raises his hand.He is very social. He imitates some words as well. Does it sound speech delayed for his age? How to encourage him to imitate more? He goes to daycare where english is the main language and we are Bengalis. I am really worried .

She was born in 2016, I am seeing her breast buds grow, a single strand of hair in her pubic area. Does this mean she is hitting her puberty early or having a precocious puberty, please advise. Can this be delayed now.

Hi Doctor, I noticed a small white worm in my 9 month old daughter stool.  Is it common for a 9 month old to get worms and safe to deworm.  Kindly advise. I also have a elder kid who is 6 year old and does deworming every 6 months.

Sir, My 2. 10months daughter is complaining of stomach pain esp after eating something since yesterday which is intermittent . The pain is now better ,but she is having loose stool , not so loose. And she goes to potty , immediately after eating something , yesterday 4 times, however , she did not ate much as usual.

My baby girl was born 1 month before my edd prematurely and her birth weight was 2.3 kgs. Now after 2 months and 4 days her weight is 4.35 kgs. Is it normal?
