My son is 2.4 years old and he talks in sleep major about the day we spend, he calls for me or some time happy birthday to you like this , is this normal?

Hello Doctor, My baby was born preterm at 34 weeks 3 days on 4th December at 9:00 PM. Current age is around 3–4 weeks and current weight is ~2.2 kg (lowest was 2.0 kg). Our pediatrician has prescribed MCT oil – 10 drops, to be mixed with milk. Baby is being fed mostly expressed breast milk by bowl/spoon, with total intake around 300 ml in 24 hours. I would like to confirm: Is MCT oil safe for preterm babies? Should it be given with every feed or selected feeds only? For how long is it usually continued? What side effects should we monitor (loose stools, spit-ups, gas)? How do we know when to stop it? Please advise. Thank you.

Hello Wonderful Doctors, My baby is 4.5 months old ..He is on nanpro stage 1 from his birth now thinking to switch to MMS formula as can't afford nan pro much .can't start lactogen because he can't digest it..Had these questions. 1) can I change formula to MMS now. 2)post 6 months can I start full fledged milk and which milk 3)Can I stop formula complete after 6 months or need to continue it 4) Can I start liquids like dal water once he completes 5 th month ?

Hi, my kid is 7 years old and is having mild pain after passing urine.This started on Dec 13th.She has taken the Cital medicine with water and drank water as many times as possible.Issue subsided for few days and again started and it is continuing.She is having good amount of fluids like water and barley water.Is it something very serious.Thank you.
