My boy baby is 20 days old from yesterday he is having sneezing along with running nose am using saline drops from today he is coughing oftenly what to do now .should I go to hospital r continue with saline drops ?he is on breastfeeding.

My baby  20 days old having cold and sneezing doctor prescribed ZYRTEC 10mg/ml drops can i use it or not please reply!!
