11 month old not eating solids, weight c
My baby boy (11.5 months) was born at 2.4 kg and currently weighs 7 kg. He is not interested in solids and does not open his mouth for feeding. He only takes 1–3 bites occasionally (like pancake) on his own; otherwise, he plays with food.
Earlier he accepted banana, but now refuses even to taste it. He is mostly on breastmilk. I have started iron and multivitamin drops, but there is no improvement.
Kindly advise how to improve his eating and whether his weight is a concern.

Giving Tivpod Jr to 18 day old infant
Hi Doctor,
My baby is 18 days old. She seems healthy overall, but sometimes has mild stomach cramps and a little bleeding from her umbilical area.
As part of a routine checkup, we got a CBC and CRP test done yesterday. Everything came normal except her WBC count was around 15,000, with lymphocytes and mid cells a bit higher than usual, and granulocytes slightly lower. Her CRP was negative, and bilirubin and other values were also normal.
The doctor said it is a mild infection and prescribed Tivpod Jr drops (composition is 5gm/10ml) 10 drops twice a day. However, I’ve read that a WBC count of 15,000 can be normal in newborns, and even the lab staff mentioned the same.
So I’m a bit confused about whether antibiotics are really necessary, especially since she otherwise looks fine and the CRP is negative.
Could you please guide me on whether starting antibiotics is needed in this case, or if it’s okay to wait and observe?

Complain of itching in private part
Hello Doctor, My daughter (10years old) has recurrent itching on the outer genital folds (labia majora), mostly on one side. There is no redness, discharge, or pain while urinating. This issue comes and goes every 3–4 months.she has not started her period yet.
Could this be due to irritation, mild fungal infection, or worms? What is the safest treatment for a child? Should we use any antifungal cream or only hygiene care?
