Usually if motion is not passed for 2-3 days no concern. Hard stool difficult to pass pain and bleeding requires evaluation and medication. More vegetable and fruits in a palatable form is good for soft stools.

It is entirely normal for a baby's pooping pattern to slow down or change suddenly after starting solid foods.A gap of 20 hours is brief, as infants adjusting to solids can safely go a few days without a bowel movement. The greenish solid stool you observed yesterday is typical, reflecting normal intestinal adjustment to new foods and mixed feeding.Ensure she stays well-hydrated with her usual breast milk or formula feeds to assist her digestive system.Watch for physical discomfort, continuous straining for over 10 minutes, or hard, pebble-like stools.Consult a pediatrician if she develops severe abdominal pain, vomits, or goes several days without a stool
