Greetings Babies' heads may have an abnormal shape until they start sitting up, typically from around 6 months of age. A forceps delivery can cause a swelling on the head known as a cephalhematoma, which usually resolves on its own and may consolidate into a small, hard bump. This condition is innocuous and does not cause any harm.

No issues as such, cephalhematoma is a usual complication post forceps delivery which resolves usually within a week If you suspect cranial facture better get a CT scan done at most ,nothing else necessary

Baby’s heads have abnormal shape until they start sitting by the age 6 months onwards. Forceps delivery can cause a swelling in the head called cephalhematoma which resolves by itself and consolidate to form a small hard bump. It is innocuous. Does not cause any harm.
Next Steps
Still in doubt get the baby check up done.
