It's just third day after delivery. So don't worry. breastfeeding is not just feeding its all about ur love to baby. The more u spend with baby cuddling, and rooming in , and more relaxed u are, the more will be ur milk. Try to feed ur loving baby more at night. prolactin secretion improves and more baby sucks ur breast, reflex will be more and u get ur milk more. Last thing proper latching and position of baby is must for optimal milk. consult ur family gynecologist or ur nurse who can explain u all these things along with kangaroo mother care  detail. It's all about ur patience and relaxed mind and good nutrition that makes the difference. Medication are only secondary.
Next Steps
Proper positioning  of baby and proper latching is important for successful breast feeding.
Health Tips
Kangaroo mother care, good maternal nutrition, family support especially father support are quite essential prerequisites.
