My 6 months 10 days old baby girl only love to eat smashed carrot.. can I continue with this is there any side effects if I give her carrot everyday..

My baby girl is 2 months old and has lactose intolerance. We are giving her Zerolac. Since starting, she has stopped vomiting, but she has severe gas, is unable to sleep, and cries a lot. Her birth weight was 3.3 kg, and now at 2 months she weighs 4 kg only. Currently, she is taking around 60 ml per feed(formula) I would like to know: Does Zerolac help in proper weight gain? Should we continue with Zerolac or switch to any other formula? How can we manage her gas and discomfort?

Hi doctors i have 4.5 month old baby born at 37 weeks she has met almost milestones on dot but she still hasn't got stable neck control like 100 percent am assuming by now all babies have stable neck, also when i pick her up her neck is always tilted towards to left side and she hardly turns towards right side when lifted but when she is lying on bed when we move around she tilts her head both sides she still is not rolling yet and when google it says torticollis But if it's torticollis doctors will examine during vaccination right doctor never said anything such during her 3 month vaccine Is this any alarming am getting worried

My daughter has been coughing for a long time and there is a noise coming from her chest. She probably has a chest infection.

Hello doctor My 7 month old has wet cough, she is not coughing a lot but is coughing intermittently. She is otherwise active, sleeping, feeding and playing. Do i need to give her anything for cough? Or should i wait for it ti get better on its own. My 4 year school going kid caught the virus which she might have caught. Thank you

My daughter has a history of frequent LRTI/URTI, ear infections, and adenoids. 20 days ago she developed cough/cold → LRTI, treated with Aalspan, Meftal-P, Levolin, antibiotics (ear infection), and steam inhalation. She recovered 5 days ago. Now since 2 days she again has fever — went up to 103°F (not controlled with Meftal-P + Cetrizine). Yesterday no fever, but today fever restarted (low grade). Gave 5 ml Calpol 250 mg + Cetrizine. Doctor not available today — please advise.
