Hello Can I give vitamin D supplement 60000 IU syrup weekly to my 26 months old son ? Doctor has recommended it, while no tests were done. My son took daily vitamin D drops 400 IU till first 1 year only. After that no vitamin d supplement was given. He doesn't go much outside. And doesn't like milk that much.

Can vitamin d3 cause smell in the urine Ps- i am using wald3+ in the concentration 200iu /drop 2 drops a day Thank you

My son is having is on antibiotics for ear infection and fever. Can pulse polio drops be given. Pls advise.

Sir, my kid have pinworm infection so I gave albendazole 10ml as single dose in October 2025 but there is no use I can see more worms in here anal area at night she couldn't sleep. so I consult doctor she suggest to give again so I gave albendazole suspension in 3rd December 2025 first dose of 5ml and 10th December second dose of 5ml. Again no use I could see nearly 10-20 worms coming out of her anus daily. So I consult another doctor he suggested to again give 2 dose of albendazole again 10 ml each in two weeks. I have given first dose on 18th December. Is it ok to give albendazole 4 dose in one month. Will it create any health issue in my kid.. Please help me . After giving first dose also more worms are coming alive out at night. What to do I don't know pls help me doctors

Hi Doctors, My baby had a couple of screening tests on day 31 of his birth (he was born at 35th week). There DHEAS came very high 1426 ug/dl. Others test like plasma renin activity, electrolytes, testosterone & others test for metabolic disorders was normal. 17 ohp came a little high 11.8 ng/ml (range 0 - 8 ng/ml). Now the baby is 8 months old, growing well and till now no abnormal symptoms. Kindly suggest if DHEAS report is concerning and if we need to do anything now.

Hi, My 4 yr old kid is suffering from viral flu. Doc has prescribed Ascoril LS Syp (not junior). Can Ascoril LS syp ( 5ml - 3 times a day )given to a 4 yr kid ? I thought Ascoril LS junior is for kids and Ascoril LS is for adults !! Kindly advise.
