The behaviors you described, such as intense anger, physical aggression, and hyperactivity, are consistent with several developmental or behavioral conditions, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), or sensory processing issues. It is important to consult a pediatrician or child psychologist for a formal evaluation to understand the root cause. In the meantime, try to maintain a calm environment, establish clear and consistent routines, and use positive reinforcement for calm behavior. Avoid physical punishment, as this can escalate aggression, and instead focus on teaching him simple ways to express his feelings with words.
