Hello doctor,my daughter is 2 years 10 months old.her weight is 10kg ..from Sunday she is getting fever..102 or 103..after giving meftalp fever not settle down..she is also having cold and cough.. yesterday doctor prescribed antibiotics GUDCEF 100..but fever not coming down..her eyes also get swelling..she is repeatedly complaint of body ache..I am giving medicine meftalp 5ml and Gudcef 100 2.5ml..plzzz doctor plzz answer me why her fever is not settle after giving so medicine..every 6 hourly I am giving meftalp only half an hour fever coming down after that fever getting high..I am also giving her sponging..what to do plz tell me..I am so much stressed..plzz reply me as soon as

My son aged about 17 years is suffering from fever from past 14 days. It started with headache and leg pain and the legs and hands were cold before the onset of fever.  All the below tests were done on July 1, 2024 except dengue which was done on 26-06-2024 Got a dengue test. It is negative (done on 26/06/2024) Got typhoid test. It is negative Got a malaria test it  is negative Got Weil Felix test. It is negative From 2 July 2024  night started Advent 1 gm , two doses are over,  one at night and one in morning,  and according to fever chart, the fever is not coming under control and it is increasing . Below is the latest fever chart. How long will it take for Advent to bring fever under control. Please help... Thank you

Hi Doctor, I am looking for a solution to my 2 months old baby who had 3 surgeries at age 17 days, 19 days, and 1 month due to malrotation. 40cm of her small intestine were taken off. It's been exactly 1 month after the last surgery and she's having loose stool right after feeding her a formula. Loperamide Cap, Metrogyl, RX Plus Drops, Vit D3 Drops, and Tummy Soft Drops are being adviced. Despite a month of treatment, she's still having severe loose stool (20+ times a day). Lately, her stool started containing mucus-type blood in a little amount occasionally. Please help! The rashes on her butts too aren't healing even after applying Cutisoft Cream and Clotrimazol twice each everyday, and Coconut Oil in between. Please help my baby so that her diarrhea/loose stool stops ASAP and her rashes heal. Thank you.

6 months back our doctor pediatrician had recommended for a deworming syrup. Suggested me to repeat every once in six months. I have misplaced the prescription. Please suggest a deworming syrup for the kid. Thanks
