My daughter is 1 year old and she has a lot of itching on her head scalp like every time her hands are in her hair . Scalp of head is perfectly clean attached the pic alongwith also. Kindly suggest what to do?

My 23 days old is passing very smelly gases(farting) . Though she is peeing normally >7 ,times and passing motion once in a day or too. Kindly suggest She is on combination feed Any suggestions to reduce the gases ? I am using aptamil gold stage one since birth + breast milk  for feeding. Need to give her formula as supply is not as per her requirement
