Does consuming masoor dal and IDLY made from packaged batter on daily basis by toddler can cause nasal congestion or any allergic symptoms?What frequency can toddler (2.5yrs) have it?

Hi my daughter is 2.4 years ( 11.5kg) my question is my daughter getting sick again and again like she is catching  every current viral or infection . Last year in  may she was in effect with typhoid fever 105 f. Then this year in January she was affected with viral fever 103 f for 3 days. After that in April she is in effect with stomach flu with low grade fever for 2-3 days. Now in July she is suffering against cold and low grade fever... All fever and infection come suddenly mostly at night. I didn't understand it's normal for kids or there is some kind of issue please share ur opinion .

My daughter is 21 months old. And she says 8 to 10 words but follows all instructions given to her and understands everything that is told to her.
