Docs pls find the attached reports of my 5 months old baby.. suggest medicine ... Hez having fever from yesterday

Hi My baby is 2 months old and is having a fever due to vaccination, I have a 21 days old paracetamol syrup bottle can I use the medicine?

Is it okay to give tetra pack milk (Amul/good life/verka) to 1.6 year old child?

My doctor gave first dose at 6 weeks of rotavac and then at 10 weeks rotasill. Is it fine? What third dose should be given

My kid is 3.4 years old and she speaks 3 to 4 words sentences and tons of words She understands and replies for all the questions and she speaks everything she sees and she needs and identify everything She has not started questioning or commenting us yet . Will it get developed ? Is it normal ?

Good evening. My daughter is 7 mos+ and nearly a month ago had diarrhea. I was unaware of the fact that I shouldn't give her milk, so I fed her milk during that episode , 5-6 times. Similac 2. My pediatrician didn't inform me about not giving her milk.or feeding her a lactose free formula. After that she is unable to consume lactose based formula. I have been giving her Isomil , on his recommendation but I am not satisfied with how is he is handling the stuff. My daughter's condition has definitely improved but whenever I trail her with similac, she develops colic pain. Though, initially it was followed by a mucosy stool, that has stopped. But she develops this colic. I am really very tensed to how to reintroduce lactose to her. When to, kindly guide me as I am not getting any proper guidance anywhere. Thank you

Hi Doctor, My daughter of 1 month 1 week old(5 weeks)  having vaccination to be done after 1 week that is at 6 weeks of age for her . Can I give a vaccination for her at 5 weeks . How many days before or how many days after can I give vaccination for my baby. Please suggest . Thank you so much.

My baby is 20 months old.. last 7 days he is doing potty 4 to 5 times.. but the potty colour is normal.. didn't see any abnormalities in his potty.. he is having this food normally.. so m need to worry.. is it normal? Plz help

My daughter who is 5 yr old and her weight is 14.5 kg now, born weight is 3.5 kg from the last 2 yr she is not gaining weight she eats everything roti, sbazi, pulses, rice, dry fruit, milk. I have done blood reports too which came out normal.
