My baby is 7 month old now ,she hasn't started teething yet ,is there any problem doctor? What should I do now?

Hello sir / ma'am, I want to ask for my 3.2yrs old daughter. She remains active playful throughout the day No other problem. At night while going to bed, she starts coughing and then eventually vomits all food with lot of mucus. This is happening from past 1 month. She is already taking MDI Budecort 100mcg from past 2 months as advised by our local doctor.
