Please doctors help when I delivered my twins at 3 months I noticed this lump at the back of my baby's head took him to his doctor he checked and examined him she said is ok that is normal but is Stil there now he wil be 2 years this month so am Stil worried is not painful when I touch it is just hard so I want to Stil show the pictures to ask if is suppose to go away or if is going to be there permanently thanks and God bless

I have a 3.5 month old baby and breastfeeding. Due to body aches and pain my doctor gave me injections of B12 and suggested Mecol OD once a day. For last two days suddenly my baby is pooping a lot and ho used to poop only once a week. He is now pooping everyday and is more cranky and passing sticky gas. Can it be because of the Mecol od? I am also having stomach trouble. Can this medicine be passed to my baby? Should I stop?

My 2.8 year old girl is not mingling with other kids. We live in an apartment and no families nearby, only me, my husband and my kid, but I take her out in the evening to the park to play with other kids (for the past 6 months regularly). She is not mingling with them or playing. She started pre-KG school three days ago. She cries a lot in school. For the past three days, she has been very scared, not sleeping well, and having night terrors. She asks me to take her to the park, but on the way, she screams to return home. She stays very quiet among other kids and always wants to be with me. I don't know how to help her become more social and engaged. Any advice would be super helpful please
