My son age 6years weight 24.5 kg, he had fever and a cough last week , doc give cloff 250 dry syrup 3ml ×7 days, his mother wrongly gave 5ml in 4th day, should we continue the medicine or can stop it ?

Hi my son is 5 years old ,3 days back my son had frequent urination of small amounts 7-8 times in the morning . So consulted doc , blood test and urine test both are normal . Then xray of abdomen erect was done , reports shows fecal loading . 2 weeks back he was not passing stools properly . So doc prescribed syrup smuth and mouth powder for 2 weeks . From 2 days he is passing motion but still ve frequent urination with small amounts. Is their need of ultrasound scanning ?? Kindly suggest ..
