Hello doctors, my 5.5 years old son has got fever since last 3 days. So temp.used to increase in 4-6 hrs for the first two days and since yesterday it was a gap of 11 hrs. However just now his temp. got raised in 4 hrs again Is this normal in viral fever. Plz suggest

Hello sir / ma'am, I want to ask for my 3.2yrs old daughter. She remains active playful throughout the day No other problem. At night while going to bed, she starts coughing and then eventually vomits all food with lot of mucus. This is happening from past 1 month.
