Child Health Issues

My son initially had dry continuous cough at night, now it's cough is in the morning. He was on the following medications: histafree and levolin then benadryl now on augmentin 375 ,3 times and cough syrup. Now he is very tired and is feeling feverish but till now there was no fever. He has now developed sneezing and running nose Please advice if we need to consult any pulmonologist or any tests needs to be taken

My one month old baby sleeps for long duration at night from 11 pm until awakened at 5 or 6 am. She does not wake for feeding on her own. It takes lot of effort to wake her up from sleep (sometimes half hr) and still she is not fully awake at night. She takes feed for 2 to 5 mins and falls asleep again. During day she takes mixed feeding of breast and formula. In evening from around 5 pm she will not take long naps and ask for continuous feeds. Is this OK? How long can baby sleep for long hours without feeding  at night and until what age? Should we give continous short feedings in evenings?

I have 2 daughter 1 she is 3 and half years old and weight 13 kgs she demands for rice water daily and rejects milk can I give rice water instead of milk to her 2 she is 2 years old and weight only 9kgs she rejects food can I introduce rice water to her also

My baby is born preterm ( 35 weeks 4 days) and he is 18 days old now.At the time of birth,his bilirubin Level is around 13.8. So the doctor suggested we give phototherapy treatment and we discharged at 10.8 level.After 5 days of discharge his bilirubin Level reached around 16.7 again and we admitted again and gave phototherapy treatment for 2 days and discharged again at 10.5 level...Now he is 18 days old and we are afraid whether we will give him the treatment again and again due to fluctuations of bilirubin Level...Baby is perfectly fine physically,he is drinking mother milk and passing urine and sometimes discharge yellow urine and stools.The question is will we have to test for bilirubin level again and again.Till what level is acceptable without admitting to hospital again for the radiation treatment??? Thank you
