Is 6kg baby 4.5 months old normal weight? Birth weight was 3 kgs. Exclusively BF. Giving vit D regularly

My 6 year old daughter is urinating every 30 mins. She also has acne like pimples in her inner thighs & also itching there. She does not have a fever nor any other symptoms. What could this be?

My 7.5 month old son is biting his tongue continuously, firstly he got blisters/ulcers on it, then it's bleeding as he is still biting it. He is unable to sleep for at least 15 mins He cries as and when tongue touches teeth or whenever he feels pain I have visited Rainbow Children's Hospitals at Banjara Hills, No help from them, No medication, no treatment. The dentist has asked for the smoothening of sharp teeth. He gave mucopain gel, but that is not to be swallowed, so didn't use it. Using zytee lotion for relief from 5 days, but ulcer is not at all healing.
