Child Health Issues

Hi Doctors, My daughter is 3.5 months old. Last 4-5 days she had cough cold sneezing and as per paediatrician's prescription the medicines( Maxtra, Moxclav BD, nasoclear) dosage is over today. She still have some cold and sneezing and cough. It's not completely gone... We are planning to returning back to our workplace, Kolkata from my native village which is 3.5 hours journey by CAR or Train. Which mode is better? Should we go by train or by car keeping the baby's comfort and health in mind.

Hi Doctors, My daughter is 3.5 months old. Suddenly since morning today her mother is experiencing acidity, indigestion and acidic burp. We gave her Rantac 300. Our baby is completely on breast milk now , will this affect the baby? How to protect the child from this? And what home remedies we can do? Please suggest

Ibugesic plus is given for 2 months 14 days baby(4kg) for ear infection ...how many ml is safe for baby???

Please Advis. My daughter is 6 now, but her weight has reached a maximum of 14 kg and height 107cms  with a current BMI of 12.06. Her regular pediatrician says she is in the height range of parents and weighs accurate as per her height and we shouldn't give her growth medicines and spoil her long term health. We did consult other pediatrician who said there doesn't seem any systemic illness, it might be due to growth hormone, but we will not be able to do anything about it. Me and my husband are short, height is not my big concern but weight is drastically low. She looks all bones and weak, but is very active and good at studies too. Endocrinologist too is simply giving a new blood test everytime and she said it might be due to vitamin D deficiency. I don't know if I should proceed with investigating the cause for her low weight and height or just come to a conclusion that she will be fine. My elder one had a normal BMI with 4th and 15th percentile of height and weight for this age.

Hi, My Daughter is sick due to Bacterial infection. We have started the antibiotics for her as per the doctor's prescription. Currently her hands and legs temperature is normal but her head  temperature is high. Sometimes it gets normal and sometimes it gets high. Can someone please tell me if it is normal?

Gave 14 ml of dolo 120mg syrup to 3yr old weight: ~12kg mistakenly for high fever at night 10 pm yesterday. When again can we give next dose as she still has fever and complains of some abdominal pain. Please suggest.
