My son is 1 month old, he is having blocked nose.. doctor gave cipin drops for cold, will this cure blocked nose or should I use some other medicine for it??

Loose stools from the past 2 3 days, already having enterogermina, zinconia. The doctor advised oflox also but she is very lethargic and not able to speak even. 1 episode of vomit also she did but that was on the first day. After ondem, she didn't vomit. Nit eating anything also. Please suggest I should give Oflox or any other medicine. Thanks

Hello Doctor my son is 4year 5month old .He doesn't like going to school when I checked with his teachers they said he's unable to write at all .He's pampered by mother and aunt if he doesn't get anything he gets aggressive and beats me .He will be poking wall eats it or he needs wheat flour to have.I am unable to understand he doesn't like going to school through school uniform out of the window.If someone scolds him he will come and hit me I am not understanding what I should do about my son.my family and relatives they are asking me to have second child so that he can play and I am not ready for it . please do suggest me on this

Hi Doctor, My kid, a 5years old girl child has sudden appears a mole on her feet approx 0.5 mm and within approx 1 month it was 1 mm and since april almost stablized till now..pls reply is this look like melonoma as j read over internet and worried..no pain or bumps on mole seen.. Hello Doctor I gave Birth on 19th june 2024. After 72hrs newborn screening test my daughter detect Eptopic thyroid glad. 6days of her age means 24th june we transfer to pediatric endocrinologist.. After examination she immediately started thyroid replacement medicine.. Regularly she took Thyroid medicine so my question is in future any chance to  mentality or physically disability  she face? Or she grow up with normally? I am very tensed..
