Child Health Issues

My daughter is 3 months and just a couple of days back she started rejecting formula milk, she has become irritable and annoying. She keeps crying every 20 mins during night. She also has a mild fever noted 99.3 'F. She's not able to sleep properly either. Breast feed is also reduced too much. What to do???

My baby born weight is 2500grams now she is 5 month 22 day old weight is 5kg 400 gram doctor doctor said to me give triomil premium stage 1 90ml 3 cup milk with 90ml water mix with 2 cup easum 3 times now my baby refused to drink milk and when see bottle she start crying or pushing head back I even try to change bottle and give only formula milk still she refusing After 8 day she become 6 month old can I continued triomol formula milk stage 1 aur go with stage 2?

My baby boy is 9.5 months old and THE DOCTOR has given first dose of MMR( private doc) on monday now the other two vaccine pvc and ipv is left . These two (pcv,ipv) we want from govt. How much gaps of days between mmr and (ipv,pcv) should. E and on which side of thigh (pcv,ipv) should delivered. Can we give on wednesday

My 4.5 yr old daughter has problem of passing urine in clothes in day and night. She cannot control urine during day. Her urine test and ultrasound all are normal. Doctor told all reports are normal and she has overactive bladder. Pls suggest some treatment
