My baby is 8 days old. Should we give new borns one breast per feeding session or offer both breast per feeding session? How do we know they are full.

You can give 2-3 feeds 15-20min each session from one side, followed by next feeds from other side. If baby is full, baby should sleep nicely for an hour after feeding and passing 5-6 times urine in a day.

Breast feeding advise
Give 8-10 feeds in d morn n 2-3 feeds at night
BF time :- 30 mins
Right side :- 10 mins bf followed by 5 mins burpin
Left side :- 10 mins bf f/b 5 mins burping
