Hi. My baby is 2 weeks old. He is on formula feed.He is pooping after each feed nowadays. Is it normal?

Hello doctor My daughter is 27 weeks old and we observed that her head slightly down in right side mostly. But she is able to move the head left n right. We observed the same when she was 4 months old and disappeared in some week again observing same. While sleep her head straight. Shall we need to worry. She just started crawling and rotating 360 on bed. Not started sitting without support for now. Could you please suggest for slightly head down in one side need to pay attention or it will be an own.

My son is 4 months one day old. We spoon feed (formula)twice a day. From 4th month my baby started sleeping side position. Nowadays my baby is coughing while breastfeeding. My questions are: Does spoon feeding causes pneumonia? Does spoon feeding causes reflux? Coughing during breastfeeding indicates phlegm in baby? Also my baby wheezes while sleeping? When we show him to doctor they say he is alright. But I am really worried a lot.
