Vomit and diarrhoea for 10 months old.
Hi doctor .
My daughter is 10 months old. She is having continuous watery loose motion for past 3 days
. My paediatrician prescribed econorm 250 mg and redotil 10 mg. After one day i noticed blood on her motion so again my doctor replaced redotil 10 mg to TOXIM O drops. But its been 3 days still the motion didn't settle down .
And also she got rashes in her butt area which gives more pain to her. Im very much worried. Any suggestions please. Thank in advance

If there is visible blood in stool then we have to give antibiotics..
But main stay treatment of acute viral diarrhea or dysentery is
ORS nd zinc ..so start giving ORS
Nd zinconia Syp 2.5 ml 2 times..
For rash you can use Rashfree cream nd avoid using diaper
