My 2 year old baby having constipation..docotor recommended picodrill plus ..is picodrill plus suitable for 2 year baby...

My 4.5 old son gets fever every month from Last 8 month around 18th-20th..it stays for 4-5 days and goes away. Consulted 2-3 doc and they say this is viral. I am unable to understand why it comes every month around same date rest of the month he is full active and proper appetite with no other problems. Please advise
