Is baby on top feed? Is baby having cough or cold.. If yes then the colour can be green.. nothing to worry about that.. Only if the colour is red, black, red, white then it is a warning sign..
Next Steps
you can give econorm sachet 1----0----0 x 3days (in 4 spoons of milk)

Green poop in a one-month-old baby is usually normal and not a cause for concern. Here’s what could cause this change in color: Possible Reasons for Green Poop: Foremilk-Hindmilk Imbalance (in breastfed babies): If the baby is feeding more on the watery, lactose-rich foremilk and not getting enough of the fat-rich hindmilk, the poop may turn green. Ensuring the baby empties one breast before switching to the other can help. Iron-Fortified Formula (in formula-fed babies): Some formulas contain iron, which can give stools a greenish tint. Normal Variation: Green poop can simply be a normal variation, especially in the early weeks as the digestive system develops. Mucus in Stool: Green and slimy stools may sometimes indicate mucus, which could happen with mild digestive irritation or a cold. Transient Illness: If the baby has a mild stomach bug or is adjusting to changes in feeding patterns, green poop may occur temporarily.
Next Steps
When to Be Concerned: Frequent watery stools: This may indicate diarrhea and could lead to dehydration. Blood in the stool: Bright red streaks may suggest an allergy or irritation. Other symptoms: If the baby is fussy, feeding poorly, has a fever, or shows other signs of illness.
Health Tips
If the baby is otherwise healthy, feeding well, and gaining weight, there is usually no need for worry. However, if the green poop persists or you notice any concerning signs, consult your pediatrician for reassurance and evaluation
