Will we are talking around a sleeping baby as of 11 months old does they listen our conversation and take them to brain. If we are having any negative conversation like family problem and crying does it have any negative effect on them

My baby is 3 months old and on formula feed. Normally he passes stool only once and that too green colour. Today he passed green color stool in the morning but again passed this yellow color stool in the evening. Is this stool normal? Image attached

My daughter is2.5year old and getting fever every months from last 3 months.fever last for 5 days and symptoms all three times were same. It never happened before this started from this may month. Fever remains very high like 101-103 first 2 days it comes in every 4-5 hours and last 3 days the gap is like 12,13,19 hours on 5 th day fever only comes once in 24 hours and then it goes. Calpol doesn't work so I give ibugestic plus. Every month the pattern of the fever above mentioned is same. Is it just a viral fever or periodic fever syndrome?
