Child Health Issues

Hi Doctors, My baby is 3.5 months old. Since last couple of days we are noticing our baby is burping a bit less while we try to tap her back it's taking longer time and sometimes not happening. Before that it was quite smooth. Also let couple of days she had some mild sneezing and cough and yesterday she had fever so we contacted Paediatrician and he prescribed Paracetamol and nadoclear drop . We gave her yesterday and her fever is not there since yesterday night and sneezing is also less. Her sleep and feeding is ok also we don't see any weird noise or snoring from her breath. Her poop is also okay we don't see major change in poop. One thing we are worried about is since last couple of days she is making grunting faces throughout the day like she is pushing something and her face become reddened and body become tensed. It's happening frequently throughout the day. It was not there before only during pooping we used to see this. Is there any thing to worry? Any suggestion please?

Hello doctors, Hope this message finds you well.My baby is 11 months old ,trying hard to make her drink boiled filtered water but she will only take few sips and then will throw water out of mouth.But when coconut water ,she will drink more than required which is bit concerning.Also how should one give fruit juices ,she responds well to orange ,grapes and water melon

Few days before almost 10 days he suffered from high fever n chest infection.. We give him monochef 50 n calpol syrup with sinarest n Macverry after few days he was getting nebuliser but from last 15 days he is not eating anything.. Earlier he used to have 4 times meal but now he is refusing rice chapatti.. Milk... Only breastfeeding.. His weight is 9.9 kg... And he is also teething... Do antibiotics were given monochef 50 n augmentin

My baby is 3 & half months old. He sleeps long hours during the day but takes cat naps at night and wakes up every other hour. I have tried to change his sleeping schedule by waking him up and trying to keep him awake in the morning but he gets extremely cranky when I wake him up in the morning and it gets extremely difficult to get him back to sleep. This is giving me nightmares as I'm due to start working in September and if this continues I don't know how I'll manage my work. Please let me know how I can create a sleeping schedule for a 3 month old. Thanks in advance
