Low Iron Deficiency
My son (15 month plus)  has detected with low iron Deficiency. In April 2024 Iron level was 46, now it is 18. Haemoglobin is 12.3, can we give 1 ml Tasiron per day or 0.6 ml twice per day ? Any other suggestions ?
