Greetings Amla, beetroot, and carrot juice provides iron and vitamin C, which enhances absorption and can support hemoglobin levels. However, while nutrient-rich, this juice may not provide sufficient iron to correct a clinical deficiency in children and is not a substitute for medical treatment. Consuming it daily on an empty stomach can cause side effects like acidity, heartburn, or abdominal cramps

Amla, beetroot and carrot juice can support iron absorption because amla is rich in vitamin C, but juice alone usually cannot correct significant iron deficiency. If iron deficiency/anemia is confirmed, proper iron supplementation and iron-rich diet are important.
