Iron drops for Infant
My LO is 4 months old we started iron supplement for him a month back, changed 2/3 medicines but nothing is suits him, he get more colic ( gases issue) post giving him drops, is it necessary to give iron supplement as is on EBF.

Mother should take iron tablets , will add iron at 6 month or start iron rich food after 6 months, nothing to worry stop iron for now if your child is not Anemic/ pale
