Vomit after feed

I’m a bit confused and honestly a little worried. My baby is just 1 month old (around 3.5 kg), and he is vomiting a lot after feeds. Because of that, the doctor has given quite a few medicines. Here’s what I’ve been told to give (all 0.5 ml each): • Motinorm (for vomiting) – 2 times daily • Colicaid (for gas/colic) – 3 times daily before feed • Taxone (antibiotic) – 2 times daily • Zymosaf (for digestion) – 3 times daily after feed • Along with that: Vitamin D3 800IU, Astymin-C, AquaOmega and A to Z multivitamin once daily It feels like a lot of medicines for such a small baby, so I’m a bit confused whether this is all necessary or not. Since the main issue is vomiting after feeding, I just want to be sure I’m doing the right Birth weight was 2750 gm and current weight is 3500 gm. The vomiting is mostly curdy (curd-like) milk, sometimes pure milk. Also, if medicine is given recently, he vomits milk along with the medicine. Please see attachments Prescription attached

Starting formula for my 3 month old baby

I have exclusively breast fed my baby so far. She was 2.5 kg during birth and 4.6 kg at 3 months+ 1 week. Recently her night sleep changed, her first stretch is around 2.5 - 3 hrs, then she wakes up every 1 h nearing wake up time she wakes up every 30 minutes. I got no sleep for the past two weeks. Since last week she's not taking feed properly, my pediatrician said it's due to gas build up and gave meds for 5 days. Now she started to feed properly again. Since I started this she's passing so much gas, during night sleep she screams while passing gas. So even the minimal fragmented sleep I get is very disturbed I don't know how long I can survive like this. People are saying that she's wakes up often because she's growing and gets hungry often, I'm planning to offer formula only before bedtime , so she atleast gets one good stretch. During night wakings I'm planning to breastfeed only. I want formula and quantity recommendation that doesn't cause gas, constipation or obesity.

Repetition of Vit D3 dose

My 11-year-old son had vitamin D deficiency last year; his level was 13 ng/mL. We gave him vitamin D3, 600,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks, followed by 1,000 IU tablets for 2 months. However, after one year, his level dropped to 11 ng/mL. Should I repeat the 600,000 IU dose?”
