My daughter DOB is 3/1/2015. She is 3.5 years old. She is having continues fever problem like every month once she is having fever. I often give her meftal strap. I worried why she is having fever problem. She is also never like to eat .she is never hungry when she is normal.

Thickened discharges sticked on to the walls of the nose, a little outside too...kind of scab formed over ulcers without pain in both the noses for 2 days suddenly...no other symptoms...no cough or cold...what is the remedy?
