My 14 months kid is having Bacterial Infection, i am giving him crocin and meftal for last 3 days...and now his fever has decreased to around 100 -100.5 from more than 102 earlier. Earlier doctor has advised 3 ml of crocin /6 hours, which i gave for 3 days....but as now he is getting low fever , can i give low dose of crocin right now,if fever comes again..like 2 ml only ??

the dosage of Crocin is according to milligram per kg of body weight .Do not reduce the doses from 3 ml to 2 ML but increase the gap between two doses meaning decrease the frequency of medications. for example if earlier you were giving 3 ml every 6 hours then now you can do 3 ml every 8 hours or 10 hours depending on when the fever comes.
