Fever not coming after giving paracetamo
Fever not coming down for my son even after giving paracetamol syrup. Any other alternative syrup to give to reduce fever/temperature? Thanks in advance !

U can give meftal p syrup depending on weight of child three times a day
Normal water sponging if fever is high grade

Meftal-P or Ibugesic are alternatives that can be used, both are three times a day. However, do not use both together.
