My daughter has cold and cough and fever since 3 days. Giving her citrezen, ambrosil and calpol. Fever is now in her upper body. Her feet is cold than normal. What could this be?

It does happen sometimes that the forehead is warm/hot and the hands and feet are cold. Continue giving calpol every 6 hours if required along with sponging.
Viral fever settles after 3-4 days. In case her symptoms do not improve, please take her to your pediatrician
