This problem is common at this age and requires no medicine YET.
Alter the routine a bit.
Give water after dinner,which should be atleast 2 hours before bedtime,no fluid by mouth after that.
Note the time span at which he passes urine in bed,which usually is more or less fixed,then wake him up half hour before that time for a washroom visit.
This usually helps.
