15 months old fell fro bed
Hi doctors my baby who is 15 month old fell from bed which 2 cm height i think she has hit her face coz when i saw her face was on floor so i guess she has hit on face she cried fir 2-3 minutes and then calmed down no bleeding as of now no swelling it's been 19 hours since the incident she also has cold and cough she seemed little dull when she woke up in the morning but then she is behaving and playing normally
What is the danger time zone ?if there was any serious injury would it show already ?

Usually the first 24 hours you need to observe for any signs of vomiting, lethargic or extremely irritable cry, any bleeding from nose,seizures. If baby is active and playing well you need not worry if there are any above said symptoms consult your paediatrician.

Observation period is 24hours .normal danger signs to look for in this period are more than 3times vomiting/unconsciousness/seizures /lethargy /drowsiness etc .child seems to have none of these

You need to watch for danger symptoms like ENT bleed, large swelling, repeated Vomitings, Any Seizures, Any abnormal behaviour for next 24 hours
